Last Fall...the women in my family got together and took turns choosing items from mom's jewelry box. It was a long, fun, story-filled afternoon.

 

Some items, I knew I would never wear, yet still, had value.

 

Thus, the beginning of the wine IDs. Some of the pieces I make will have a part of her necklase or the only found earring.

 

You'll find most of my pieces are cenetered around an event or circumstance in my life, whether me personally, or a dear one.

 

When I look at my first prototypes, I get embarrased.

Yet, my close friends tell me they could not ever come up with such ideas. So (sigh) it is a process, and one I really love.
